About the company

Fall Line Arborists was established in the hectic year of 2020 in Richmond, Virginia. We are a family owned and operated company. Jake Waldbauer is the founder and head arborist. After moving back to his home town from Colorado in early 2015, and after working for various companies doing both residential and commercial tree work, he built his skills and resume with the final goal of self employment always in his sights. After having his first child in the summer of 2019, his family, as well as his appetite for self employment, grew. One year later, he received his Certified Arborist (CERT ID: MA-6303A). Having grown up in Richmond for all of his childhood, his love for his home town runs deep and arboriculture is his passion.
